ATOMOS Holding AG: Certification as Sustainability Bond

Frankfurt, May 15, 2024 – ATOMOS Holding AG (www.atomosholding.com), a clinic operator with extensive experience in the fields of Health Care and Real Estate, has today started the certification process for obtaining the renowned Austrian Ecolabel for its sustainable ATOMOS bond (ISIN: DE000A3LTTY9 / WKN: A3LTTY). ATOMOS Holding AG aims to complete the certification process in June and offer the sustainable bond to major sustainable investors.

The so-called Austrian Ecolabel for sustainable financial products is the oldest such certificate in the EU, which is awarded by the Federal Ministry for Climate Action, Environment, Energy, Mobility, Innovation and Technology (BMK) in Austria. Sustainability bonds may qualify if they meet the key criteria of directive UZ 49 for sustainable financial products. ATOMOS, in accordance with its existing sustainability reports certified by Ernst & Young, demonstrably meets the selection criteria regarding positive contributions to the environment and society. In particular, all construction projects adhere to the sustainability standards ("Green Building") and are designed to house our highly profitable and sustainable medical clinics and other social infrastructure. With the Austrian Ecolabel, the ATOMOS bond will now undergo an in-depth audit as part of the certification process and set all necessary measures and targets in order to carry this state-issued UZ 49 label in the near future. Furthermore, all ATOMOS management functions strictly adhere with ESG requirements for transparency, controlling and quality standards.
