As of June 26, 2013, Delta Lloyd NV reported a holding of 4,344,000 shares in Zumtobel AG or 9.99% of the issued shares (43,500.000), thereby fell below the 10% voting rights threshold on said date. Delta Lloyd NV holds these shares in following funds: Europees Deelnemingen Fonds and Delta Lloyd Luxembourg European Participation.
