Sunways AG: Revocation of admission to trading in the regulated market of FSE

Konstanz/Germany (pta019/16.06.2014/16:45 UTC+2) 16 June 2014 - At the request of the Management Board of Sunways AG (SWW: GR, SWWG.DE) with the consent of the insolvency administrator, the Management Board of Frankfurt Stock Exchange by order of 10 June 2014 has revoked the admission of the company's par value ordinary bearer shares (ISIN DE0007332207) to trading in the regulated market (General Standard) of Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The revocation becomes effective upon expiration of 10 December 2014.
