On 19 September 2014 Knünz GmbH has acquired 14.369 shares of Unternehmens Invest Aktiengesellschaft, corresponding to approximately 0.34% of the voting rights.

Knünz GmbH has informed Unternehmens Invest Aktiengesellschaft, that its voting rights in Unternehmens Invest Aktiengesellschaft, which can be exercised directly (921,836 shares, approximately 21.69%) and indirectly through "RoboCarParking" Technologies GmbH, Robo Invest GmbH and Knünz Invest Beteiligungs GmbH (2,279,250 shares, approximately 53.63%), have reached and exceeded the threshold of 75% on 19 September 2014 and currently amount to approximately 75.32% (3,201,086 shares).

Dr. Rudolf Knünz has informed Unternehmens Invest Aktiengesellschaft, that his voting rights in Unternehmens Invest Aktiengesellschaft, which can be exercised indirectly through Knünz GmbH, "RoboCarParking" Technologies GmbH, Robo Invest GmbH and Knünz Invest Beteiligungs GmbH, have reached and exceeded the threshold of 75% on 19 September 2014 and currently amount to approximately 75.32% (3,201,086 shares).
