As per sec. 91, 92a of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act, Petrus Advisers's share of the voting rights exceeded the 4% threshold on 20 October 2014. A total of 3,741,294 shares of conwert Immobilien Invest SE are attributable to Petrus Advisers, which (based on a total of 85,359,273 conwert shares) corresponds to a stake of approximately 4.38 % in the voting rights.
