Pursuant to section 91 para 1 et seq. in connection with section 93 para 2 Austrian Stock Exchange Act Warimpex Finanz- und Beteiligungs Aktiengesellschaft ("Warimpex") hereby gives note that on 11 May 2015 ING Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny ("ING OFE"), represented by ING Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A., shared the information, that on 01 January 2013, i.e. the day since when the threshold of 4% for the notification of shareholdings according to the Austrian Stock Exchange Act was introduced, held 2,615,266 voting shares in Warimpex of a total of 54,000,000 voting shares, and they therefore held 4.84% of Warimpex' share capital, which means that the thresholds specified in section 91 of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act have been exceeded. Simultaneously Warimpex was informed that the number of voting rights of ING OFE still exceeds the threshold of 4%.

Consequently, the relevant threshold of 4% pursuant to section 91 Austrian Stock Exchange Act has been exceeded by ING Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. (as representative of ING OFE).
