conwert Immobilien Invest SE: Resolutions from the 14th Annual General Meeting - new Administrative Board members appointed

Vienna (pta017/05.06.2015/21:30 UTC+2) At the 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of conwert Immobilien Invest SE Phillip W. Burns and Professor Barry Gilbertson were appointed to the Administrative Board, after the AGM resolved to reduce the number of Administrative Board members to four upon shareholder request. Kerstin Gelbmann and Alexander Tavakoli are no longer members of the Administrative Board as of the end of the AGM.

The AGM also appointed Ernst & Young Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft mbH as the auditor for the business year 2015. The shareholder resolution proposed by the shareholder MountainPeak Trading Limited for agenda item seven (limiting transactions with shareholders) was adopted with the required majority of 75%. The shareholder resolution of Petrus Advisers Investments Fund L.P. and other shareholders for agenda item eight (rotating property valuation experts) was rejected.
