Unternehmens Invest AG: Announcement according to § 93 para 2 Austrian Stock Exchange Act

Wels (pta019/22.06.2015/15:30 UTC+2) Wels, 22 June 2015 - Unternehmens Invest Aktiengesellschaft announces, that pursuant to § 91 of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act it was informed by Paul Neumann and Nucleus Beteiligungs GmbH as follows:

The share capital of Unternehmens Invest Aktiengesellschaft amounts to EUR 30,897,500 and is divided into 4,250,000 shares; each share represents a pro-rata amount of the share capital of EUR 7.27.

So far Paul Neumann held 620,000 shares of Unternehmens Invest AG; this equals to 14.59% of the voting rights and of the share capital. On 18 June 2015 Nucleus Beteiligungs GmbH, FN 428448x, aquired these 620,000 shares of Unternehmens Invest AG; Paul Neumann is the sole shareholder of Nucleus Beteiligungs GmbH.

Paul Neumann has informed Unternehmens Invest Aktiengesellschaft, that as of 18 June 2015 his voting rights in Unternehmens Invest Aktiengesellschaft are not exercised directly anymore but indirectly through Nucleus Beteiligungs GmbH and continue to amount to approximately 14.59% of the share calital (620,000 shares).

Nucleus Beteiligungs GmbH has informed Unternehmens Invest Aktiengesellschaft, that on 18 June 20156 its voting rights in Unternehmens Invest AG, which can be exercised directly, have reached and exceeded the thresholds of 4%, 5% and 10% and currently amount to approximately 14.59% of the share capital (620,000 shares).
