Pankl Racing Systems AG: Pankl acquires further 19% of "Pankl APC Turbosystems GmbH"

Kapfenberg, 7 July 2015 (pta016/07.07.2015/17:40 UTC+2) Today, Pankl Racing Systems AG has increased its stake in "Pankl APC Turbosystems GmbH" from 51% to 70%. The managing directors Mr Hans-Peter Schmalzl and Mr Thomas Schöfer sold 9.5% each and hold after the transaction 15% each.

About "Pankl APC Turbosystems GmbH":
The company was founded in Mannheim, Germany in 2009. The company develops and manufactures advanced turbo supercharger and airflow management systems for combustion engines for motorsports and high performance applications. The two managing directors have more than 30 years of experience in the turbo supercharger industry. Mr Schmalzl also became a professor at the Mannheim University Turbo Academy 8 years ago.
