conwert Immobilien Invest SE: Challenge of the resolutions of the AGM 2014 - Supreme Court confirms ruling of Takeover Commission

Vienna (pta011/06.10.2015/09:05 UTC+2) conwert Immobilien Invest SE (conwert), listed on the Austrian ATX, announces that the Supreme Court has confirmed the ruling of the Takeover Commission of 18 March 2015, GZ 2014/1/8-74, that was rendered in the course of challenge proceedings initiated by two shareholders and relating to the appointment of two members of the Administrative Board. The challenge proceedings relating to the decisions of the AGM 2014 are thereby not finally decided.

conwert will analyse the decision of the Supreme Court in detail and will decide on the appropriate next steps.
