LA Waalre, January 6, 2016 - Catalis SE, the worldwide service provider for the digital media and entertainment industry, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Curve Digital Publishing Ltd.

Catalis SE Board of Directors has unanimously decided to combine its current game de-velopment business under the brand of Kuju with Curve Digital Publishing, a UK based game development and publishing company. The combined company will cover the complete value chain from creating new ideas for games to publishing games from internal and also external sources.
