BWT AG: BWT stops acquisition project

Mondsee (pta019/27.04.2016/10:15 UTC+2) Mondsee, 27 April 2016. As reported on 13 April 2016, BWT AG had been in discussions regarding a potential acquisition of the Culligan group ("Culligan"), an international water treatment provider headquartered in Rosemont, Illinois, USA (the "Transaction"). Culligan and BWT AG have decided by mutual agreement to terminate the discussions and not to pursue the Transaction any further.
