Pankl Racing Systems AG: Simplification of the company structure

Supervisory Board and Management Board of Pankl Racing Systems AG have decided to simplify the corporate structure of the Pankl-group.

At the beginning of 2017, the Pankl-group therefore will serve its Austrian motor racing and forging activities in the existing complementary company Pankl Beteiligungs GmbH, which has been renamed into Pankl Systems Austria GmbH. The companies of Pankl Drivetrain Systems GmbH & Co. KG, Pankl Engine Systems GmbH & Co. KG and Pankl Schmiedetechnik GmbH & Co KG businesses will be merged into Pankl Systems Austria GmbH. Pankl Racing Systems AG used to and still is the sole shareholder of the existing limited partnerships as well as the complementary company and thus the "new" company Pankl Systems Austria GmbH. Only the legal form will change, three limited partnerships become one large limited with more than 100 million Euro turnover.

In the course of this restructuring, Pankl Emission Control GmbH and Capital Technology Beteiligungs GmbH, which are no longer operating, will also be merged into Pankl Racing Systems AG.

These restructuring measures will simplify the group structure. The implementation of the company's legal measures will take place in the upcoming six months.
