BWT AG: BWT Aktiengesellschaft enlarges Executive Board

Mondsee (pta010/13.03.2017/10:00 UTC+1) The Supervisory Board of BWT Aktiengesellschaft decided to appoint Ralf Weber as Member of the Executive Board of the company starting from 1st May 2017.
In order to meet the challenges of the further dynamic development of BWT Group and the extensive requirements of stock-listed companies, the competences within the Board will be reorganised with the appointment of Ralf Weber. He will take over the responsibility for Group Finance as CFO. Gerhard Speigner, board member since 1996, will continue as Member of Board being responsible for the important areas of Legal, Compliance and Risk Management as well as Business Development.
Before joining BWT, Ralf Weber has been CFO of the Dr. Helmut Rothenberger Group which is acting in more than 130 countries with ROTENBERGER AG in the sanitary and environmental industry.
BWT CEO Andreas Weissenbacher is pleased to welcome with Ralf Weber a board member with international expertise who will stand for the continuation of the solid and sustainable finance strategy and the planned dynamic internationalization of BWT Group.
