Baar (pta049/30.05.2017/17:20 UTC+2) Angel Telecom Holding AG confirms that it is in preliminary talks about a potential combination with Connexcom AG, Baar, Switzerland. Connexcom is the developer and owner of conNEXT, an innovative all-in-one mobile communication application.

The discussions between Angel and Connexcom are ongoing and have not resulted in any concrete results or agreements yet. Accordingly it is currently not foreseeable whether there will be any kind of transaction. Should these talks be successfully continued, Angel will inform the capital market and the public in accordance with statutory requirements.
