Following on from the announcement on May 30th, 2017, Stockholm IT Ventures AB has confirmed the purchase of UK based Blockchain Trade Technologies Ltd, following on from its recent purchase of Fantrac Global Ltd and Pimboo OU. The deal has been concluded and Stockholm IT Ventures AB will take ownership of all proprietary technologies. Payment of 500 million shares will be released six months from the date of the contract being signed, and will be subject to performance targets that have been agreed, which include the requirement for the company to make a 1.5million euro profit in that period.
Blockchain Trade Technologies Ltd is the owner of proprietary technology that allows networking platform users to follow early stage companies and use crypto currencies. This propriety technology adds to the portfolio of IT and social media companies acquired by Stockholm IT Ventures AB. This acquisition adds to the growing monetisation of social media that is the focus of Stockholm IT Ventures AB.
