Nacka Strand (pta032/31.08.2017/12:00 UTC+2) August 31,2017; Stockholm IT Ventures AB has confirmed that following the appointment of Hans-Olof Olsson, of Samre Revisionsbyrå AB as the companies new auditor due to the sudden and very sad death of their former auditor Per-Åke Bergstrand, they are pleased to confirm the release of the revised 2015 Audit report, a Q2 statement and audited report and accounts for 2016 on Friday 1st September. The revised 2015 audited report is to correct a small narrative and typographical error.
These reports will be filed with the German registry, The Swedish Companies House, displayed on the Company's website ( www.stockholmit.co ) and released through various news agencies including Reuters, and Bloomberg.
