S IMMO AG: S IMMO INVEST participating certificates: repayment and distribution determined and repurchase programme adapted

Wien (pta030/04.04.2018/18:50 UTC+2) As announced on 14 June 2017, S IMMO AG has terminated all of S IMMO INVEST participating certificates (ISIN AT0000795737 and ISIN AT0000630694; in the following together "participating certificates") issued by it with effect as of 31 December 2017.

Today, the amount of the participating certificate liability as of 31 December 2017 was determined at EUR 102.98 per participating certificate. Thereof, an amount of EUR 3.00 per participating certificate will be paid out as distribution for the financial year 2017 and the remaining EUR 99.98 per participating certificate as repayment to the certificate holders on 04 May 2018 (payment date). Record date for both payments is 03 May 2018. Therefore, the person holding the participating certificate on that day will be the person receiving the repayment and the distribution for the financial year 2017.

The S IMMO INVEST participating certificates will remain listed in the market segment "other securities" on the Vienna Stock Exchange under the same ISINs. The S IMMO INVEST participating certificates are expected to be removed from trading on the Vienna Stock Exchange on 30 April 2018 (last auction) for technical reasons.

It was also decided today, to maintain the repurchase programme for S IMMO INVEST participating certificates that was published on 12 June 2013, but adopt it insofar as the maximum purchase price per S IMMO INVEST participating certificate lies at EUR 102.98 (cum the distribution for the financial year 2017).

This announcement does not constitute a public offer to acquire S IMMO INVEST participating certificates and does not obligate the company to accept offers for repurchase of S IMMO INVEST participating certificates.
