Feike AG is pleased to announce, that the Company has entered into an agreement with Valens Bank Ltd., in which Feike AG will take over 100% of Valens Bank Ltd. The take-over will take place via a capital increase in kind of shares. More information will follow in the next four weeks. The Capital increase will be subject to an Extra Ordinary General Meeting to be called, and specific details about the targeted take-over will be released as soon as possible.

As part of the process, Feike AG will change name to Valens AG, and the company will from today use Valens as a brand name.
