7C Solarparken AG: Expiry of subscription period - capital increase fully placed

Bayreuth (pta013/27.11.2018/11:10 UTC+1) Based on the subscription offer published in the Federal Gazette on 4 November 2018 existing shareholders of 7C Solarparken AG, Bayreuth (WKN: A11QW6, ISIN: DE 000A11QW68; Frankfurt stock exchange, regulated market (general standard)) had the opportunity to subscribe up to 1,923,076 new shares. The placement price per share was put by the Management Board with the approval of the Supervisory Board at EUR 2.60 per share

A total of 249,944 shares were subscribed by existing shareholders. The remainder of 1,673,132 shares are allocated to the Vlaamse Energieholding CVBA which had declared its intention to subscribe all shares not subscribed by shareholders. The new investor will therefore own 3.13% in the capital of 7C Solarparken AG.

The Vlaamse Energieholding CVBA operates as an energy holding company owning securities in companies within the energy and renewable energy markets. The Vlaamse Energieholding CVBA is owned by Belgian municipalities and a limited number of leading financial institutions.

The issue proceeds of about EUR 5.0 m will allow the Company, to accelerate the growth of the portfolio whilst maintaining a solid balance sheet structure. The transaction was accompanied by Lang & Schwarz.
