Design Hotels AG: Design Hotels AG decides to withdraw from the stock exchange

Berlin, April 11, 2019 (pta024/11.04.2019/10:15 UTC+2) The Management Board of Design Hotels AG today decided to request the termination of the listing of Design Hotels AG shares ("Design Hotels Shares") in the qualified open market segment (qualifiziertes Freiverkehrssegment) "m:access" and the revocation of the inclusion of Design Hotels shares in the open market (Freiverkehr) of the Munich Stock Exchange. The decision on this application by Design Hotels AG and on the period during which trading in Design Hotels shares on the Munich Stock Exchange will still be possible for the time being will be taken by the management of the Munich Stock Exchange. Subject to this decision by the management of the Munich Stock Exchange, Design Hotels AG expects that the listing of Design Hotels shares in the qualified open market segment "m:access" will end in May 2019 and their inclusion in the open market of the Munich Stock Exchange by the end of the calendar year 2019.

Design Hotels AG will inform all other domestic stock exchanges on which secondary listings of Design Hotels Shares currently exist about the decision of the management of the Munich Stock Exchange with regard to the applied termination of the listing of Design Hotels Shares in the qualified open market segment "m:access" and the revocation of the inclusion of Design Hotels Shares in the open market of the Munich Stock Exchange. Design Hotels AG assumes that trading in Design Hotels Shares on these other domestic stock exchanges will also cease as a result. In addition, the Management Board of Design Hotels AG today decided that Design Hotels AG will also inform these other domestic stock exchanges as a precautionary measure that it does not wish to have trading in Design Hotels Shares continued beyond the revocation of its inclusion in the open market of the Munich Stock Exchange. The decision to discontinue trading in Design Hotels shares is taken by the respective stock exchanges.
