The renaming of KTM Industries AG into PIERER Mobility AG resolved at the extraordinary general meeting of KTM Industries AG on October 4, 2019 was entered in the commercial register on October 16, 2019.

As of today, the change of the company name will also be implemented on the stock exchanges of the SIX Swiss Exchange and the Vienna Stock Exchange.

The shares of PIERER Mobility AG will continue to be traded on the stock exchange under the ISIN AT0000KTMI02 (Swiss valor number: 41860974). The ticker symbol will change from KTMI to PMAG .
