Stockholm (pta022/16.01.2020/16:00 UTC+1) STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN (16th January 2020) - StrateVic Finance Group AB (ISIN SE 0006027546 - Frankfurt Stock Exchange: SVAB): Following the uninvited and not approved intervention (share purchase offer) of a third-party company and in the interests of StrateVic Finance Group AB, shareholders and the probity of the exchange, a temporary suspension of trading has been implemented as of January 14th 2020.

This suspension, which protects the interests of our company against aggressive external influence, meets with the full support of the board of directors who is determined to realise developing opportunities whilst defending shareholders against any hazard.

The board of directors is confident that trading will recommence in the near future.
