Donaueschingen (pta029/20.02.2020/17:39 UTC+1) With the acquisition of AEGERUS SL in Sabadell, Spain, NEXUS is expanding its activities in Spain and in the field of nursing homes. With approx. 700 customers, AEGERUS is one of the market leaders of nursing homes in Spain and especially in Catalonia. This is a market that is growing strongly in Spain and still very fragmented in Europe.

The highly successful cloud-based software solution will be further developed together with the NEXUS / HOME.NET and NEXUS / SPITEX nursing care solution and prepared for other markets in the future. The combination of our resources will allow us to cultivate this market in an even more concentrated manner.

With the new team and the modern solution, we are convinced that we will take another important step in Spain and the nursing sector.
