NEW VALUE AG: Change in valuation for Bogar AG

Baar (pta041/06.04.2020/20:45 UTC+2) The portfolio company Bogar AG has developed different scenarios for the impact of the Corona-crisis in the financial year 2020.. On this basis, the Board of Directors of New Value AG has approved a re-assessment of Bogar AG at its today's meeting. The new valuation results in a value adjustment of CHF 261`100 (from CHF 0.26 per share to CHF 0.22 per share). This adjustment impairs the NAV (Net Asset Value) of New Value AG by CHF 0.08 per share.
