Aluflexpack AG: Information on Annual General Meeting on 8 May 2020

Reinach (pta006/15.04.2020/07:00 UTC+2) Aluflexpack today publishes the agenda for the upcoming Annual General Meeting of shareholders (AGM) on 8 May 2020. The motions proposed by the Board of Directors can be found on Aluflexpack's investor relations webpage at https://ir.aluflexpack.com/annual-general-meeting/?lang=en.

In accordance with the requirements as defined in the Ordinance of the Swiss Federal Council, dated 16 March, 2020, regarding measures to combat the coronavirus, and out of concern for people's health, shareholders will not be allowed to attend the AGM in person.

Shareholders are able to exercise their voting rights through the independent voting rights representative. Voting rights can be given to the independent voting rights representative in writing or via the electronic shareholder portal.
