Erste Group Bank AG: Erste Group sets new date for 2020 AGM - 10 November 2020

Vienna (pta013/30.06.2020/10:00 UTC+2) Erste Group announces that the new date for the 27th annual general meeting was set for 10 November 2020. As in previous years, Erste Group aims to hold a physical AGM in the Wiener Stadthalle barring any public health advice to the contrary and assuming the further development of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic warrants such a decision.

Further details and the invitation to the AGM will be made available, pursuant to legal requirements, 4 weeks prior to the AGM.
