TELES AG Informationstechnologien: Full placement of the capital increase

Berlin (pta038/23.07.2020/19:00 UTC+2) The increase in the share capital of the company from EUR 2,913,084.00 by up to EUR 1,456,542.00 by issuing up to 1,456,542 new shares resolved by the general meeting of TELES Aktiengesellschaft Informationstechnologien ("Company") on May 29, 2020 the bearer shares with a pro rata amount of the company's share capital in the amount of EUR 1.00 per share (hereinafter referred to as the "new shares") by way of a rights issue capital increase will be carried out in full.

The subscription period expired on July 21, 2020. The company hereby announces that all new shares have been placed. The new shares not subscribed by the beneficiaries were successfully placed with investors today as part of a prospectus-free private placement.
