Alpha Group Jersey Limited hereby announces that, in accordance with the terms of its Eur600,000,000 Series B CMS-Linked Non-cumulative Guaranteed Non-voting Preferred Securities (ISIN: DE000A0DX3M2; WKN: A0DX3M) which have the benefit of a subordinated guarantee from Alpha Bank AE (the "Securities"), the non-cumulative distribution on these Securities, which would otherwise have been payable on 18 February 2021, will not be declared and will not be paid.
