- The Company is aware of the recommendation of its shares through stock exchange letters or e-mails.

- The Company has not commissioned these stock exchange letters or e-mails and does not pay for their publication. This also applies to the Company's principal shareholder, Catalyst International, Ltd. (Frederick & Shirley Streets, P.O. Box, N-4805 Nassau N.P., Bahamas).

- The Company intends to contact publishers of these stock exchange letters or e-mails who are known to it in order to obtain, if possible, the cessation of the sending of such stock exchange letters or e-mails.

- The Company also endeavours to remove the basis for such stock exchange letters or e-mails through constant publications to the extent required and permitted by law.

- The Company has not carried out any transactions in its own shares. As of this publication, also the Company's principal shareholder, Catalyst International, Ltd. (Frederick & Shirley Streets, P.O. Box, N-4805 Nassau N.P., Bahamas), has not made any transaction in shares of the Company.

- The Company refers shareholders and potential investors to its website for information about the Company, in particular to the information and documents published in the Investor Relations section.
