ItN Nanovation AG (ISIN DE000A0JL461) hereby announces that the supervisory board members Ralf Meinerzag and Thomas Schmiegel are currently checking whether ItN Nanovation AG is obliged to file for insolvency due to insolvency and/or overindebtedness.

The reason for this is that due to the current lack of a management board of ItN Nanovation AG, the individual members of the supervisory board are obliged to file for insolvency, if they become aware of an insolvency and/or overindebtedness. At this point the supervisory board members Ralf Meinerzag and Thomas Schmiegel cannot yet sufficiently evaluate the financial situation of ItN Nanovation AG, in particular with regard to the willingness of the parent company SafBon Water Service (Holding) Inc. to financially support ItN Nanovation AG and to settle open claims of ItN Nanovation AG.
