S IMMO AG: S IMMO AG postpones its Annual General Meeting

Vienna (pta035/30.03.2021/18:25 UTC+2) The Management Board and the Supervisory Board of S IMMO AG (Bloomberg: SPI:AV, Reuters: SIAG.VI; ISIN: AT0000652250) have decided to postpone the 32nd Annual General Meeting of the company. The Annual General Meeting shall take place in a timely manner after the expiry of the acceptance period of the public takeover offer announced by IMMOFINANZ AG so that shareholders are able to take a profound decision in knowledge of the outcome of the takeover offer regarding the proposal to the articles of association in section 13 para (3) ("maximum voting right") announced by IMMOFINANZ AG.

IMMOFINANZ AG announced on 25 March 2021, that the takeover offer and the offer document are expected to be published on or around 15 April 2021 after clearance (non-prohibition) by the Austrian Takeover Commission.
