Vantage Towers AG: Vantage Towers enters SDAX shortly after IPO

4th June 2021 – Vantage Towers AG, a leading tower company in Europe with around 82,000 sites in ten countries, will be included in the SDAX with effect from 21 June 2021. This was announced by Deutsche Börse last night after its quarterly review of the index composition. This makes Vantage Towers one of the 160 largest listed companies in Germany. The market capitalization of Vantage Towers currently amounts to around 13.7 billion euros.

The index listing underlines the positive development of Vantage Towers shares since its initial listing and inclusion in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on 18 March 2021. The stock has already gained more than 10% since then. In addition to the high reporting and transparency requirements, Vantage Towers AG meets Deutsche Börse's index criteria with regard to the free float market capitalization and trading volume in order to be listed on the SDAX three months after its IPO. The next regular review of membership in the DAX indices will take place on 3 September 2021 and will then be based for the first time only on the free float market capitalization.
