Win-win for scaling green hydrogen in North Rhine-Westphalia

Berlin (pta017/29.06.2021/12:05 UTC+2) Enapter AG (ISIN: DE000A255G02), the producer of breakthrough AEM electrolysers, yesterday received the NRW.Global Business Award in a hybrid online/physical event in Düsseldorf. The award recognises outstanding investments by foreign companies in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW), with the green hydrogen company selected following its decision to locate its "Enapter Campus" electrolyser mass production and R&D site in the region.

NRW Economics and Digital Affairs Minister Prof. Dr. Andreas Pinkwart presented the award on behalf of the state-owned NRW.Global Business Economic Development Corporation.

The award comes as Enapter prepares for the autumn construction start of mass-production facilities in Saerbeck, NRW - which will scale up the rollout of its modular hydrogen generators for replacing fossil fuels and create 300+ jobs in the region.
