Wealth Dragons Group PLC: Cessation of the Franchise Partner Programme

Discussions with Investors with Repayment Arrangements Underway

Milton Keynes (pta001/18.07.2021/16:51 UTC+2) Wealth Dragons Group's (WDG) UK regulated subsidiary, Wealth Dragons Limited (WDL) has recently been in discussions with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the UK in relation to a number of franchise partner arrangements sold to nine investors. As a consequence of these discussions with the regulator and concern that the franchise arrangements could constitute collective investment schemes under section 235 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA):

a) WDL has ceased to accept investment into, and marketing or any other promotion of, the franchise partner arrangements.
b) WDL will not carry on any regulated credit brokering business.

WDL is already in discussions with investors with a view to suitable repayment arrangements.
