iQ International AG: Current Status of iQ International AG's Amalgamation Process and Sale of iQ Power

Zug, Switzerland, 26 January 2022: As the negotiations with Antarctica Battery, Materials and Storage LLC, USA, regarding a sale of iQ's subsidiary iQ Power AG ("iQ Power") have not resulted in a binding agreement and the prospects regarding a completion of the envisaged amalgamation with the shareholders of TerraScale, Inc. are in the view of the board of iQ International AG doubtful at this time, iQ International AG is therefore now also in discussions with alternative options to gain the necessary liquidity and stockholder value with the aim of reaching binding agreements with investors before the end of March 2022.
