Marinomed Biotech AG hereby announces that due to the exercise of the convertible bond with Nice & Green as well as the further exercise of stock options from the current employee stock option plan the total number of voting rights at the end of January 2022 has increased to 1,484,706 and the new stated capital amounts to EUR 1,484,706. The change of total voting rights has been effective since January 24, 2022.
