Extrafin SpA: Approval of the financial statements at 31.12.2021

Extrafin S.p.A. ("Extrafin" or the "Company") informs that, on 25th May 2022, the ordinary shareholders' meeting unanimously approved the financial statements at 31.12.2021 prepared by the Company's Administrative Body.

The main consolidated economic and financial data that can be deduced from the financial statements are presented below in summary form.

During 2021 the Company generated revenues of € 277,490. The volume is the largest that the Company has ever recorded since its establishment (194,604 FY2020, 64,089 FY2019, 61,214 FY2018, 25,585 FY2017, 14,226 FY2016, 33,827 FY2015). The increase in costs is partly attributable to a prudential write-down on overdue receivables equal to € 56,800, corresponding to an extraordinary one-off event.

No depreciation and write-downs were recorded by virtue of the application of the "August" decree (converted with amendments by law no. 126/2020) which introduced the possibility of suspending the depreciation of tangible and intangible fixed assets (article 60, paragraphs 7-bis and 7-quinquies) in the regulatory context intended to deal with the crisis due to the pandemic.

The profit is therefore attested at € 8.342, against € 4.209 recorded in 2020.
