CAG International AG: Annual General Meeting elects Pascal Joncour to the Board of Directors

CAG International AG, headquartered in Baar, Switzerland and listed on the direct market of the Vienna Stock Exchange, held its Annual General Meeting today. Shareholders approved the Annual Report 2021, discharged the Board and strengthened the company's management with the election of Pascal Joncour to the Board of Directors.

We are committed to take significant steps towards this goal in 2022. With the election of Pascal Joncour to the Board of Directors we broaden our management capabilities and expertise," says Hans Amell, CEO of CAG International.

Pascal Joncour was appointed to the Board of Directors for a one-year term. The Board of Directors now comprises three members: Hans Amell (Chairman & CEO), Kurt Larsson (Director) and Pascal Joncour.

"I am thrilled to pass on my experience and start contributing together with the fantastic team at CAG International. My role will be to consult, teach and guide business leaders and organizations into the practice of agility in order to foster their leadership and development journeys," says Pascal Joncour.

Pascal Joncour has more than 20 years of experience in general management, marketing and sales, corporate finance and management consulting. He worked for Roland Berger and Pfizer and was a Managing Partner with Argon Global Healthcare. After the sale of Argon to Healthware International in 2022, Joncour is now responsible as Global Network Director at Healthware International. He is also a partner in a private equity firm in London. Pascal Joncour will continue to perform these functions in addition to his new role at CAG International.
