SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES publishes invitation to the second creditors' meeting on September 20, 2022

• Meeting will take place on September 20, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. (CEST) in the rooms of the Hotel Hilton Frankfurt City Centre, Hochstraße 4, 60313 Frankfurt am Main (room Central Park, 2nd floor)
• Registration is required by midnight (CEST) on Saturday, September 17, 2022 at the latest.

Kahl am Main, September 02, 2022 - The Executive Board of the SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG invites all holders of the SINGULUS bond (bonds SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG, ISIN DE000A2AA5H5, WKN A2AA5H) to participate in the second creditors' meeting on September 20, 2022 and to exercise their voting rights.

The vote without a meeting pursuant to section 18 and sections 5 et seq. SchVG did not constitute a quorum, as the required quorum of 50% of the outstanding bonds (section 15 (3) sentence 1 SchVG) was not reached. The Management Board is in close contact with what it knows of the largest bondholder and therefore assumes, among other things, that the required quorum of 25% of the outstanding bonds will be reached at the following second bondholders' meeting.

The meeting will be held in accordance with the applicable hygiene regulations on September 20, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. (CEST) in the rooms of the Hotel Hilton Frankfurt City Centre, Hochstraße 4, 60313 Frankfurt am Main (Central Park room, 2nd floor). It is possible to be represented by proxy or alternatively to authorize a proxy of the SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG who will vote according to your explicit instructions.

To participate, you must register by midnight (CEST) on September 17, 2022 at the latest. The invitation will be published in the Federal Gazette on September 02, 2022 and is available on the homepage at https://www.singulus.com/de/glaeubigerversammlung/.
