7C Solarparken AG: Capital Increase fully placed

Bayreuth, 6 September 2022 - The existing shareholders of 7C Solarparken AG, Bayreuth (WKN: A11QW6, ISIN: DE 000A11QW68; Stock Exchange: Regulated Market in Frankfurt/Main (General Standard)) were granted the opportunity to subscribe for up to 1,735,510 new shares on basis of the subscription offer published in the Federal Gazette on 19 August 2022. The subscription price per share was set by the Management Board, with the approval of the Supervisory Board, at EUR 4.55 per share.

The capital increase was fully placed in the course of the subscription offer (subscription and oversubscription) and was oversubscribed several times.

The transaction was arranged by M.M.Warburg & CO.
