BAWAG Group AG ("BAWAG") announces that, following the cancelation of 6,642,237 treasury shares with effectiveness per 6 December 2022, the total number of voting rights in BAWAG amounts to 82,500,000 and the share capital amounts to EUR 82,500,000.

The total number of voting rights and the share capital have not changed since the last announcement made on 9 December 2022.
