ATOMOS Holding AG: 2023 results and ESG-Certificate granted

ATOMOS Holding AG (www.atomosholding.com), a clinic operator with many years of experience in the health care and real estate sectors, has, as of June 28, 2024, successfully completed the certification process for the Austrian Ecolabel for its sustainable ATOMOS bond (ISIN: DE000A3LTTY9 / WKN: A3LTTY). The ESG certificate can now be found in the federal ministry´s official database under certificate number UW 1540 (https://www.umweltzeichen.at/de/produkte/finanzprodukte?cert_number=UW+1540). ATOMOS has thus achieved another important goal in its business development. The bond now ranks among the exclusive group of officially certified financial products for Impact Investing.

ATOMOS management also confirms that, according to preliminary figures, the ATOMOS Clinic Währing in Vienna, one of the ATOMOS group companies, has achieved its ambitious growth targets for 2023. Mag. Erwin Krause, Member of the Board: "When we assumed operations of the clinic in mid-2023, significant investment into the facilities needed to be done to implement our ATOMOS medical concept. Since reopening of the clinic in Q3/2023, we have not only achieved our revenue targets for 2023. In fact, we are seeing triple social insurance turn over in Q1/2024 compared to the previous year. This trend continues in Q2 and shows us that the new medical orientation of the ATOMOS clinics is taking effect with a sharp increase in reimbursable medical services."

Dr. med. Florian Valach, also a board member, adds: "We are experiencing strong demand due to our innovative medical approach and have already onboarded over 30 new attending doctors. In addition, our intensive care unit (ICU level 1) was also approved in June, allowing our physicians to perform even more complex medical procedures in the clinic. This includes our additional focus on obesity surgery (gastric bypasses). Overall, we can see revenue growth of 125% for the first half of this year and currently project to outperform our 2024 sales targets at the Währing site. All in all, we find the medical and business approach of the ATOMOS group fully confirmed in the Währing Clinic operations and are very excited to continue on our growth trajectory with the next locations."
