TC Unterhaltungselektronik AG: New business areas for 2023

TCU wishes all shareholders and customers a healthy, peaceful, successful and happy 2023!

For 25 years, TCU has focused on products and services that provide data protection and privacy benefits to its users. In 2023, we have two new projects coming up that have great potential for success:

1. SafeIdent, which is already in the test phase, will be rolled out internationally. SafeIdent is a customer verification service that is needed in more and more industries to stop fraud attempts, money laundering, fake news and hate speech. As a software solution (SaaS), SafeIdent can be perfectly adapted to the needs of international customers.

2. Over the past two years, we have developed a customer loyalty system internally that was ready for the market just in time for the start of the year. Under the name "Digital Loyalty Network," small and medium-sized enterprises from all over the world can participate in a global customer loyalty system. A high level of data protection and data security is guaranteed.

In order to do justice to these new business areas, the next Annual General Meeting, which is expected to be held on March 9, 2023, will also vote, among other things, on the change of name from TC Unterhaltungselektronik AG to SafeZone AG.
