SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES - Auditors' reports for the business years 2020 and 2021 expected for April 6, 2023

Kahl am Main, March 31, 2023 - The responsible auditor of KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Frankfurt ("KPMG"), informed the company today that it will issue the attestations for the business years 2020 and 2021 as soon as the two outstanding financings, which in its view are necessary for the continuation forecast of the company, are available to the company. SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES has entered into the corresponding agreements with the financing partners in a binding manner and expects them to be executed by April 6, 2023.

After the issuance of the attestations, the two annual financial statements will be adopted without delay and subsequently published on the company's website. A corresponding announcement for the expected publication of the two annual financial statements by April 20, 2023 was made today.
