Information of the SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG on the publication of the annual financial report 2022

Kahl am Main, 25. 04. 2023 - The company informs that the publication of the annual financial report for the business year 2022 is scheduled for August 31, 2023. The report will be made available for download on the Company's website at https://www.singulus.com/financial-reports/ in addition to being available in the company register.

The auditors previously engaged to audit the annual financial statements are KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Frankfurt, which has been responsible for the annual the tenth year of the audit. The Company will

entrust a new auditing company with the task of auditing the annual financial statements for 2022. The assumption of the mandate by the new auditor and the delayed publication of the annual financial reports for fiscal years 2020 and 2021 will prevent the timely publication of the annual financial report 2022.
