Kahl am Main, May 30, 2023 - Today's second creditors' meeting regarding the SINGULUS bond with ISIN DE000A2AA5H5 and WKN A2AA5H was quorate with a quorum of 33.06 % and approved all proposed resolutions to amend the bond conditions with 99.72 %.

These include a waiver of any termination rights linked to the late submission or publication of audited financial statements for a period of fifteen months, as well as further amendments to the bond terms and conditions to facilitate the refinancing of the bond at a later date.
