In the period from 26 June 2023 through 30 June 2023, Bayerische Motoren Werke Aktiengesellschaft (BMW AG) acquired a total of 279,129 ordinary shares and 26,610 preferred shares as part of its share buy-back programme 2022/2023.

The third tranche of the share buy-back programme 2022/2023 was completed on 30 June 2023. This tranche concludes the share buy-back programme 2022/2023. As part of this third tranche, a total of 4,444,696 ordinary shares and 423,397 preferred shares were acquired between 15 February 2023 and 30 June 2023. Together with the first two tranches of the share buy-back programme, a total of 22,199,529 ordinary and 1,923,871 preferred shares were purchased.
A total purchase price (excluding ancillary costs) of € 489,999,355.14 was paid for the shares purchased as part of the third tranche. For the share buy-back programme 2022/2023, the total purchase price (excluding ancillary costs) is therefore € 1,999,988,330.86. The average purchase price paid for the shares purchased in the share buy-back programme 2022/2023 was € 83.33 per ordinary share and € 77.97 per preferred share.
