While our auditor UHY Hacker Young is concluding our 2021's accounts which will be filed and published iimminently, I am pleased to release the preliminary results in the interim, which we believe will not show any material difference to the final published accounts, as follows.
The Group's revenues for the year ended 31 December 2021 increased by 66.18% from the previous year to £2,541,000 (2020: £1,529,000) as the operation moved from physical to online events.
The Group realised a net profit of £16,000 for the year to 31 December 2021 (2020: loss £975,000). As at 31 December 2021, the Group had net current assets of £208,000 (2020: £268,000).
The management believes that the Group is continuing to recover from Covid with its online businesses whilst the app-based platform is in development.
