The General Meeting of Shareholders of our Company held on 20 July 2023 resolved to distribute a dividende of

Euro 1,00 per single share

for the 2022/2023 business year.

The dividend will be paid minus a capital gains tax of 27.5 %, providing there is no exemption on the levying of capital gains tax, starting on 27 July 2023, by way of a credit note at the respective custodian bank.
